I’ve heard that an computer hacker once has attacked your computer that he can actually see your computer screen and he can control your computer and send all your files, ID & password information to him. Is that true ? What can i do to secure my computer?

i think they probably can, because my computer was fucked and some guy in india was fixing it and he somehow got into my computer and was fixing all the shit and i could watch him doing all the shit from my screen.

You need a firewall and you need to block remote connections to your computer.

Yes it is true. Hacker can use RAT ( Remote Administration Tool ) that is similar to Remote Desktop. With it, he can gain unauthorized access to your system and do what he wants.
To secure yourself :
1. You need a good firewall. Free solutions would be :
♣ Online Armor Personal Firewall
♣ PC Tools Firewall Plus
♣ Comodo Internet Security
♣ Netchina S3
♣ ZoneAlarm Free ( no longer recommended by me, but very nice to novice users )
2. Block security holes in your computer ( links are meant for XP ):

3. Download Protowall and Blocklist Manager. Protowall is an addition to firewalls, but not firewall itself. It blocks all known bad IP`s from zombie computers. Blocklist Manager is a little program that downloads those IP`s and you can export them directly to Protowall.

4. If you have a router with hardware firewall, correctly forward & close ports.
