I want to transfer some videos from my tv to my computer. Is there a way to connect the tv to the computer so I can record from the tv on to the computer.

You can get what’s called a TV tuner card. It fits into your computer and picks up TV signals. Then you can get a software to record the shows. Or you can always get a TiVo
