ok so here is the story.. I made an account on a computer and i had that for about a year which had itunes music and some music that was on computer already which i put into itunes. then i got my own computer and now i dont know how to put the music that was on my old itunes on the old computer into my new computer and itunes.. please give me steps on how to fix this. i am so confused.

If you have the newest itunes than if you sign in itunes on your new computer you music will show up. This is how i did it.

use a USB to copy everything to your new computer. If you have a fast internet connection just re download everything.
