How to remove a computer from the wireless network?
Question
by Dejalo: How to remove a computer from wireless network?
Is there anyway to remove an unwanted computer from your home wireless network (password protected) without having access to that computer? How would I do this? Thanks!

If your system is encrypted (this has nothing to do with setting passwords on the router), nobody can connect without the encryption key. If you have given the key to someone, you would now need to change the key on the router, and then on all the other machines. This is the only secure way. If you have not set encryption all your transmissions are world readable, making all your details public, and by the time you have read this someone could have sent thousands of child porn or money scam emails from your connection, all of which would trace back to you.

Go into your wireless router configuration page and find the MAC address of the client computer u want to remove. U may have to hunt around for this as all routers are not alike.
Then with that MAC address u would go to the section where u can input various MAC addresses into a filter list. Any MAC addresse on that list won’t be able to connect to your network even if they know the password.
