Are the computers connected via a network? If so you can share the itunes music folder and copy via the network.

Do you have an external hard disc. Copy the itunes folder to external and then to your hard disc.

Easy & quick (depending on the amount of files)

iTunes on old computer

Copy all the music files/folders from the iTunes folder (in my music) to a flash drive/external hard drive

iTunes on new computer

Paste all the music files/folders to the iTunes folder (in my music)

Launch iTunes on new computer and your library should update (maybe you will have to authorise computer as well (Store menu in iTunes and click “authorise this computer)

You can only authorise 5 machines so if this is going to be number 6 unauthorise the old one first)
