by Norman O: How do I get computer to recognize ipod?

My computer does not recognize my 2nd generation ipod and I have itunes. I also click on my computer and it does not recognize ipod drive.

Go to apple.com or apple.com/au depending on where you live and go to support. There is an FAQ there that might help you. You can also contact them and ask them a question.
