My computer has an anti-virus and the other computer is full of virus,

is there a software that can do the job ??

Your anti-virus (up to date) should be able to do the job.

Disconnect the virus infected computer from the network until it has been fixed.

Install a decent security suite (antivirus+firewall) on all computers. Also, remove network shares on each computer in the network.
