Say I already have a monitor, computer case, keyboard, mouse..
What parts should I buy to be installed to my computer case for me to be able to have a working computer? Motherboard.. what else?

Memory {RAM} for the motherboard
Motherboard
Processor {cpu Intel or AMD}
Hard Disk Drive
DVD Burner or other Optical Drive {CD Rom, Blue Ray DVD your choice}
Floppy Drive {many consider this optional but needed for access to older
floppy stored data}
Power Supply if not included with case
Video Card {unless motherboard has integrated video}
Sound Card {unless motherboard has suitable integrated sound}
for the outside of your computer, you probably need a printer if you
are intending to write any papers/documents. It would also be
desirable to have a scanner. Some printers are printer/scanner combos.
