Follow the following steps
– Select File -> Import and Export. This will start the “Import and Export” wizard.
– Select Export and the click on “next.”
– Select Favorites and click on “next.”
– In the next window you can accept the default Save Directory or choose a new one. I suggest you — select “Desktop” so you can easily find the file again. Click on “next.”
– Finally, click on “finish” and your Favorites will be saved to disk.

Hi Grant,
There are different methods of importing favorites, depending on if you are using IE7 or IE8 (on the Windows 7 computer you are using IE8 since it comes embedded with Windows 7). This resource will take you through the process step-by-step – http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Import-or-export-favorites-in-Internet-Explorer
Hope this helps!
